She was born in England. After a four-year apprenticeship at the Savoy hotel in London she moved to Australia for 12 years. She was working at Restaurant 41, Boathouse and Bather’s Pavilion. After that she moved to Bali as executive chef at the Alila Manggis hotel East Bali for realise her dream.
Bali Asli has cooking class for using Balinese ingredients which is popular event at Bali Asli.

Lets go fishing by Balinese traditional boat "Jukung"
The local fish man Mr.Wayang will take you to fun fishing adventure by Jukung. You will see clear water ocean and stunning view of Mt.Agung while fishing.
It is take about 2 hours, the boat does not have roof so we recommend to bring hat and sun block.

Lets go trekking that you can walk around plenty of nature.
The trekking guide will take you to inside Pangi village through Rice terrace. You will see the local Balinese people daily life that you do not have chance to see it around south area.
