The Biggest lizard in the world, Komodo Dragon is about 2-3m total length and 70-90kg! They live in a dry deciduour forest, Savanna and near the ocean. Sence the total number of them is only about 3,000, they are designated as Endangered Species. Even though they are Carnivous Animals which eats the mammals such as deers and wild bores, they are also Omnivourous Animals eating birds, eggs, insects and reptiles.
They are crazy eating-monsters!They can eat 80% of their weight at one meal. (if the weight is 90kg, they eat 72kg of the meal at one time!!!) After eating, the next meal won't happen until the stomache completely becomes empty which takes a month the longest. They are sensitive with smell of the blood and fierce when they are hungry. Humans can be the food for them.

- Due to the regulation of the national park, sometimes applicants are required to show pasport number and validity. When go on boad to dometic air plane, may require. In case of no pasport, guests might not be allowed to join the tour.
- When going on boad to an air plane, there are not enough space for big luggage. Please bring belongings in a small backpack, etc.
- Landing on Komodo Island or Pink Beach might be impossible in the high tide. In that case, stop by Rinca Island for Komodo Dragon Trekking Tour.
- You are not allowed to take out any items such as sands, seachells, corals and so on from Komodo Island which is registered as World Heritage.
- Because Komodo Dragon is a wild animal, there is a possibility not to be able to see them.
- Additional fuel surcharge might be necessary.
- Bring beach sandals to walk on the Pink Beach. Landing there might be impossible in the high tide.
- Bring medicine for seasickness if necessary.
