Jatiluwih area in the Batukaru mountain reserve refers to the area surrounding Batukaru Temple and Jatiluwih rice terraces. It is located approximately an hour drive from Ubud. Batukaru Temple was built in the period of Tabanan kingdom. The temple with 6 meru shrines lies on the slopes of Mount Batukaru. Not many tourists visiting this temple.
